PCS agrees strategic partnership with Quantum Card Services Ltd.

Payment Card Solutions (UK) Ltd ("PCS") and Quantum Card Services Ltd ("Quantum") are pleased to announce a new strategic partnership to exploit the increasing opportunities in the European prepaid payment card industry. As part of the alliance, Quantum have agreed that PCS will be its operational and technology provider for prepaid card solutions.

PCS has developed the most full-featured consumer and corporate prepaid card servicing platform in the industry. It also owns and operates the high profile and award-winning BREAD Prepaid MasterCard product and operates the debt-industry focused ClearCash Card program with its unique consumer budgeting tools and bill pay solution. Together with Quantum, PCS has already brought many other card programs to market, including the Daily Star's Prepaid Cash Card and provides elements of many of Quantum’s gift card programs. This technology platform is also available to 3rd parties on a licence basis and PCS are able to deliver a full program management service to companies interested in joining the prepaid market.

Quantum is the industry-leading provider of promotional and corporate prepaid payment solutions, some of their clients include; Coca Cola, Kelloggs, Snack a Jacks and More Th>n to name a few. Quantum offers a full brand marketing service, which when combined with the features and functionality of prepaid cards provides a compelling gift and corporate rewards proposition.
